Piano studies with Carmela Cecere, Jung-Ja Kim Woo, Beveridge Webster, David Bradshaw and Ilana Mysior.
Education includes a B.M. in piano performance from Boston Conservatory, an M.A. in Music History and Theory from Rutgers University.
My venues include Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie as well as recital series sponsored by churches, colleges and libraries in New Jersey, New York, Boston and San Diego.
Receptions at Molly Pitcher, The Primavera, private homes, parks and numerous fundraisers for non-profitable organizations.
In addition to accompanying musicians in NJ, NY, Boston and San Diego for auditions and recitals, work experience includes dance accompanist for nine years, choral accompanist and a church organist for twenty-five. As resident accompanist of the SDCC I performed on the stage of SD Symphony Hall, PBS for local holiday broadcast and choral festival in Oregon.
My venues range from Monmouth Conservatory Opera Chorus, USD Community Chorus accomanpanist, accompanist for a Red Bank First Night, show choir competitions and festivals for Helix HS-San Diego, musical theatre pits for HS and community college productions, college auditions and numerous concerts with colleagues and church choirs.
I work closely with my students to achieve their musical objectives. We accomplish this together by progressing through attainable steps that build confidence and success through increments.
